Operations and Activities
The Commission continually monitors and enforces operation
of the cable communications system by Comcast in accordance with the terms
and conditions of the Franchise Agreement. The Franchise Agreement sets forth
requirements for cable system construction, technical performance, customer
service, programming services, and rates.
The Cable Commission also assists in the facilitation of citizen
complaints.
The Cable Commission also has primary responsibility for community
television programming within and for the geographic area of the cable
