Mission
The Ramsey/Washington Counties Suburban Cable Commission
("Cable Commission"), was established in 1981 by twelve municipalities
located in the northeastern suburbs of the Twin Cities to administer
local cable franchises.
Its mission is to:
• Monitor the operation and activities of cable communications and the cable system serving these municipalities
• Provide coordination of administration, enforcement, and renewal of the cable franchises of these municipalities
• Promote, coordinate, administer and develop community cable television programming
• And conduct such other authorized activities to insure equitable and reasonable rates and service levels for the citizens of these municipalities.
